SA-111 Credit Card Setup and Features
This course demonstrates how to use credit cards in Simply Accounting by Sage. Attendees are shown the hands-on application of setting up credit cards, processing credit card payments from customers, and using credit cards for purchases and expenses. This course also covers how to setup your credit card for reconciliation.
After completing this course, the attendee will have received the information required to:
- Understand how the credit card feature is used in Simply Accounting.
- Turn on the credit card function and pay vendors with a credit card.
- Turn on the credit card function and accept credit cards as payment from customers.
- Reconcile company credit cards using the reconciliation function
- Record credit card interest and fees.
- Make credit card payments.
- Transfer funds from credit card clearing accounts into the bank.
- Reconcile credit card clearing accounts.
Recommended prerequisites: Attendees would benefit from prior knowledge of using the Payables and Receivables modules in Simply Accounting by Sage.
